At Woodcraft, we take pride in the artisanal quality of our furniture and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your handcrafted piece isn't the perfect fit for your home, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your Woodcraft account and select the order you wish to return, or contact our concierge team with your order number to receive a Return Authorization (RA) code.
Prepare the Item
Carefully repackage your item in its original protective crate or box, ensuring all hardware and assembly instructions are included to prevent damage during transit.
Schedule a Pickup
For large furniture items, we will coordinate a professional white-glove pickup at your convenience; for smaller decor, simply attach the provided prepaid shipping label.
Inspection and Refund
Once our master craftsmen inspect the returned piece at our workshop, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
